Five minutes buffing of the fingernails of one hand against the other daily may help hair and scalp problems." jamie2
I don't know who wrote this article, I found it on a reflexology site ! By coincidence, I found this sort of exercise in a reflexology book !!! So maybe it's true. Is there a doctor to answer this question, please ? Doctors know best. Senior Member scooping around Posted September 9, 2007 Senior Member Share Posted September 9, 2007 I'm Chinese, and for the longest time, I wouldn't pay to get a reflexology session, although I love getting a full body massage. I went in for a foot massage one day, and now I'm hooked. It's really relaxing, whether it really helps you or not. The whole thing behind it is that, it can help the blood circulation throughout the whole body because all the roots for blood lines to different organs, start from the bottom of your feet.
