I was wondering which one is the best one for receding hair line? Is minoxidil the best one out there but about Hair Again? Will the hair regrow where they is no hair? also is they any side effects using this drug and once i stop my new hair will fall out? Thankyou. If the follicle has been dormant for some time, then it will not grow. Also some people find the glycerol in the liquid version of Minoxidil irritant to the scalp. The foam version may be an option in this case. These views are from my own learned experience. I am NOT a Doctor, but people say that I do look like one from a distance.
