But just wondering, how long (roughly) should one expect to hear back from a top surgeon via the online consult? days? weeks? months? Would it be considered rude to ping them again if you don't hear back in over a week's time? I'd like to hear from other people's experiences and additionally how responsive and thorough/helpful your online consult have been. Thanks in advance. Heard from Shapiro medical in around a week and Dr. Alexander's office in two weeks or so. Of these, Dr. Epstein responded himself while the other offices (not that this is bad) had an employee of the clinic provide the first response.
