Guest eyebrow Posted April 9, 2008 Share Posted April 9, 2008 Retin-A penetrates the skin barrier to increase absorbtion of the minoxidil which is why it can be beneficial. Just a caution, though... In my case, the Retin-A/minox combo was so irritating that it led to severe skin sensitivity and I can't use any form of minoxidil anymore after not having any problems with it previously. (A real bummer!) Remox is a combo of the products that can be purchased online but I would definitely recommend a small patch test for several days - and maybe a conversation with a dermatologist first, too!
