So taking a 1.25mg tablet every other day is the same as everyday? Can you answer this question Bill? I know you would be able to shine some light on this.

Hey All, I was on vacation and my refill didn't show up on time. I went four days without Fin. How long can you go without taking it and are there issues with missing that many days without the medication? Thanks

What is the recomended dosage? I'm currently taking 1.25 and I've just recently noticed a drop in sex drive. I can still have sex several times a night, but it seems as though I have less interest. I actually noticed I don't recover as fast. Any thoughts or recomendations?

Am I wasting my time with the laser comb? I have one and use it on my hairline when I have time. Has anyone had success on their hairline with only the laser comb? I appreciate all of your help.

So I made the switch to save some money but the 5MG tablet I received seemed much smaller than the propecia pills, especially when I split them in fifths. I actually received the generic version and I'm a little worried. Will the smaller pills make a difference? I was actually thinking of splitting them in quarters to make it easier, because it's a bitch cutting them in fifths. Will a higher dosage screw up my regime?

I have been experiencing recession and hair loss around the hairline due to do minox. I've noticed by left hairline is getting worse, but hoping it is because of the minox foam. I have been on the treatment for about 3 months and should hopefully turn around soon. What you are experiencing is more than likely the effects of the treatment.

It's crazy what the medical industry can do now already, I still can't believe they have not come up with something that really cures it for good.

Are you using Propecia? I don't think rogaine will work on the hairline if you do not use Propecia.

Yes rogaine will help, use nizoral or revita, and yes you can use gel I believe. I do anyway.

where can you purchase Dutas? Do you need a prescription to purchase it and is it already in liquid form or do you have to dissolve it in water first? Thanks.

Fin/Minox shedding, all over the head or just thinning areas?

I've only noticed shedding in the areas of loss, but every situation could be different. I just started the foam and apparently you can shed for several months. -

I have used rogain foam for the same thing and noticed an improvement around the hairline. I would try it to see how you respond. You will shed in the beginning but will rebound after a few months. -
Flaxseed is very beneficial for over all health and could have a positive effect on hair loss. Either way it doesn't hurt to incorporate it into your diet.

Keep with the program and incorporate rogain foam, nizoral or revita. I too was wondering the same thing, but I have kept my existing hairline and have not noticed anymore recession. I have been on it for over a year now.

The best regimen is propecia and rogaine foam. Also vitamins, a good diet and exercise could also help. I've also have been using the laser comb 20-30 minutes a week.

Has anyone switch from Fin to Avodart with success? I recently read in Menshealth that if Fin does not work for some individuals that Doctors prescribe Avodart. They said that individuals experienced 2-3 time more growth. I'm worried of switching and experiencing side effects.

I read in my menshealth magazine that taking Reting-A along with minox is beneficial. Has anyone tried this?
