Lorne
Hi, I'd appreciate feedback please. I am using Minoxidil foam twice daily, in crown, and across the hairline. My stylist has been putting a small amount of hair product in my hair when it's cut, and I recently started using the product every day. The product is of paste consistency used to provide more texture. I am wondering, 1) is it OK to use product. Does it affect the health of my scalp or effect hair loss? 2) is there any problem with it interacting with Minoxidil? 3) if not, does it matter what order I apply both the product and Minoxidal? Thanks for your help. Look forward to any replies.
Regular Member Andyman79 Posted October 20, 2009 Regular Member Share Posted October 20, 2009 Hi Lorne and welcome! I would say that the paste/putty product being used shouldn't have any negative effect on your hairloss and it shouldn't interact with your Minox as long as you have given it time to dry in before application. Always apply your minox first and any styling product afterwards.

Regular Member Liz.P Posted November 5, 2009 Regular Member Share Posted November 5, 2009 Hi Lorne! Though I do not think there is great danger of putting some product in your hair I would perhaps not use it on a daily basis, it would be good for your hair to rest and be in its natural state as much as possible... or at least that'S how I like my hair to be!
