I HAVE LOTS OF SWELLING ALREADY (I THTOUGH USUALLY DAY 3) I AM SLEEPING & SITTING AT 45 TO 90 DEGREE ANGLE, ICING EVERY HOUR, TAKING PEDISONE & SPRAYTING W\ GRAFTCYTE. ANY IDEAA??? Senior Member Mr T Posted April 6, 2003 Senior Member Share Posted April 6, 2003 If this is your first HT, then you are probably in good company. I had way more swelling with my first than I did with any other and I think a number of others reported that happened to them as well. Hopefully, it will resove itself quickly. Guest Posted April 6, 2003 Share Posted April 6, 2003 LOL....sorry...but in reading your post, I could not help but remember my first HT over two years ago. My head swelled up like a watermelon. It was not like I did not expect any swelling, but holy sh....... My advice...calm down...believe me it goes away. Keep icing and spraying. My first HT the swelling was so bad it took about 5 days to go away. Fortunately I did not have to go to work. I had much much less swelling after my second HT, but did indeed have some.
