Regular Member tiki Posted November 20, 2003 Regular Member Share Posted November 20, 2003 i have been taking proscar for 2 months on a daily basis. Recently I have numb sensation feeling in my lips, sort of similar to cold sore. At first, in fact, i thought it was the beginnings of a cold/fever sore but nothing has developed and the sensation continues Could this be a side affect of propecia/proscar? Anyone out there experience similar side affects after a period of time?

Regular Member fizzlefest Posted November 22, 2003 Regular Member Share Posted November 22, 2003 Actually, one of the side effects is swelling of the lips. What he is experiencing can very well be a side effect of some sort. You should check with your doctor to be safe.
