Regular Member patchy Posted June 16, 2008 Regular Member Share Posted June 16, 2008 Hi All... my problem is i have scars behind my ears from a face lift, and in my hair, above my forehead from a eyebrow lift..... the surgeon used staples?.... i really think that the staples caused the scaring problems.... can any one recommend a hair transpant surgeon in the u.k... also id really like to hear form others with the same problem, and there experiences.... patchey............ Staples in themselves wouldn't cause hair loss, but if the wounds were closed too tightly increasing tension on the skin or circulation issues, hair loss could be the result. Are there any signs of infections in the area of hair loss? Do you have any pictures you can post? In the UK, I'd encourage you to consider consulting with the Farjo Clinic (Dr. Bessam and Dr. Nilofer) who perform state of the art hair transplantation in the UK.
