mute12345678 Posted November 21, 2007 Share Posted November 21, 2007 hello im a 22yo male. i have a receding hairline and have in th last few months noiced a light shedding starting to happen 15-20 hairs when i rub my hairfor a minute. i am wondering should i go for minoxidil now for my crown or wait as i am worried it will shed and may not grow back. also if i apply the minoxidil to my hair im my temple and centre forehead where it is receding will it promote new growth or would it shed and not grow back as its not as effective there meaning im making my hairline receed more? any opinions?
