5 months , whispy hair

I am 5 months post -op and growth is still whispy and lifeless in some places. Will this improve, and also could I expect more sprouting in the comming months and is 5 months still a little too early.????

Newly transplanted hair typically grows in with less caliber at the start, so remain optimistic and continue to be the patient patient as you have been. And yes, 5 months is early early and you should continue to see increased density with more time.

The pimples are a very good sign that things are right on track.
