When I sit down, and put my head back on the couch, it almost feels like I have curlers in my hair. I always have to put a neck cushion behind my neck, so I don't have the back of my head touch. Probably nothing, but could be early hypertrophy and a steroid injection could stop this; or an extruding deep suture. Best to ask your doc. An ounce of prevention ....
