Though it's certainly undesirable, folliculitus is a possibility after a hair transplant. But losing a "few" hair follicles won't be detrimental to your hair transplant. It was an infection caused by bacteria introduced to an open wound. All good now. Just want to be clear in case anyone else encounters the same issue.
