alanbp2
I had a few galeoplasties ("bald spot reductions") in the early 90s and it seems that grafts planted on the scars caused by those procedures don't grow! Is anyone familiar with this problem? Is there any way to overcome it? Thanks.

Senior Member JakeVig Posted June 29, 2006 Senior Member Share Posted June 29, 2006 I would assume that it would be treated the same way as a scar repair. The most common way would be to place grafts in the scar itself to camoflague the scar. I would send some pics and consult with the top docs on this site. Most consultations are free and they will tell you the best way to repair any damage. 1344 grafts with Ron Shapiro - June 2006
