After reading a recent post, I found stinging nettles can help block DHT.

Just behind my house is an unlimited amount of stinging nettles growing, could these be picked to make a hair tonic or drink?

What is the best way to use stinging nettles?

Would you post the link so that we can read the article?

I think basically, you can boil the stinging nettles to extract the oils.

The application of the oils topically or ingestion, is another matter.

From my limited understanding stinging nettle is irritant (if not toxic). You might need to check what causes the irritation:

1. if it is the spores?

2. or the chemicals in the plant?

and proceed cautiously.

take care...

Hey mmhce,

I don't know anything about it myself but after looking on google and searching the forum, it seems a lot of people take it in capsule form.

I wanted to know if anything can be done with the fresh stuff as I have a unlimited supply. The post I was referring too is VeniVidiVici thread regarding tea, there isn't really any info in the thread but I didn't know nettles blocked dht until I read it.
