BETWEEN 3 - 6 MONTHS IS WHEN I WAS TOLD TO EXPECT TO SEE ANY GROWTH. I'M A LITTLE PAST MY 3RD MONTH AND I'M STARTING TO SEE A FEW DARK COARSE HAIRS.

Do some searching under the find feature on the site..........you'll find several threads on when to expect grow. What I have found after my research............this varies greatly from one individual to the next.

 

Usually, top/front come in faster than the crown. Other than that, growth is sporadic and doesn't seem to occur evenly when it does come in. I'm approaching 6 weeks post-op and believe there are a few little ones here and there, but, very few.

 

If you look at pics several post, normally you can start seeing some noticeable action between 3-5 months. At 10 weeks, you should be just a few weeks away from starting to see some results.

 

Be patient........it'll come.

I had my second procedure just three days after yours (mine was 1-9-06). About two weeks ago I started seeing a few grafts poking up, but so small and fine that I wasn't really sure about them. Now they're looking more obviously like sprouting little hairs - small and fine. They get thicker with time.

Are you using 5% minoxidil? This has been shown to speed up the process. I started using it on the grafted areas two weeks after my procedure and will use it for the first four months or so on the instructions of my doc.

I've had 2 procedures. It takes 4-6 before the "measurable results" will start. 3 months maybe you'll see growth..Give it a full 12 months though and then you'll see it all
