Scalp acne after surgery can be an indication of activity of the follicles underneath the scalp. Typically hair growth starts a few weeks to a month afterwards. Of course, this acne will come and go for a few months since hair grows at different rates and times. If your scalp acne is not related to a hair transplant, it could be a number of things.
