Should I split my Propecia

So when i buy my propecia should i take the full 1mg tablet or should i split it. I heard that half the pill should be as effective as the whole pill.Plus it'll save me a ton of money. Any suggestions. Or would it be better for me to stick to the whole 1mg.

 

Also where is the cheapest and best place to buy propecia. not online, but where you need an actual doctors approval. And is there any difference from the in store brand as compared to the cheaper online brand

I'd take the full tablet. I don't have health insurance, so I agree that it's expensive. I take the name brand kind. I get it at my grocery store's pharmacy, get a 3 month supply of 90 pills, and pay somewhere between $150-200.

 

If you have insurance, Proscar is sometimes covered and you won't have to pay as much.

You can just buy 1 mg pills from online pharmacies. This is what I do, and I can easily afford it on my limited budget.

I use 5mg proscar and cut it into 6 = 0.8mg each day. It cost $AU90 for 30 tabs and will last me 6 months.
