Question Man
Hi all, In everyone's opinion how long after a hair transplant can one start using Revita? I just had my HT two weeks ago, 3,000 grafts (http://www.hairtransplantnetwork.com/blog/home-page.asp?WebID=1616). I've had a history of dandruff, head and shoulders only makes it worse, I thought I would try Revita for it as I think Nizoral 2% is a bit too harsh for right now. What does everyone think? Thanks. Bill - Seemiller
Revita is much gentler on the scalp than Nizoral and contains the 1% ketoconazole. While I'm sure it won't hurt using it immediately after a hair transplant, it's still a "medicated" shampoo and thus, it may be better to wait a week or so before using it. That said, I personally liked Revita when I used it. It made my hair feel soft and look fuller. Best wishes, Bill
