Regular Member taoofjord Posted June 27, 2005 Regular Member Share Posted June 27, 2005 Now that my hair is buzzed short, I want to protect my scalp from getting sunburnt... but does sunscreen make hair loss worse in any way, or damage my hair/scalp? Senior Member Robert_ Posted June 27, 2005 Senior Member Share Posted June 27, 2005 No, you're safe. Smart move in protecting your scalp too. With today's sunscreens, they would actually soften and moisturize your scalp rather than do any damage. You're fine. Since I shaved my head a few weeks ago I have been doing the same thing. -Robert ------------------------------ Check out the results of my surgical hair restoration performed by Dr. Jerry Cooley by visiting my Hair Loss Weblog
