should anyone other than a doctor remove the donor area

If a person working in a hair restoration clinic holds no license should they remove the donor area

I do not know the laws in Virginia but I believe that in most cases such action would be illegal.To have a nonlicensed person performing surgery would probably constitute practicing medicine without a license.

I believe that such action is reportable to the state board of medicine
