For the most part this was inadvertent and I was taking it for other reasons. But searching the web I came across that Omega 3 can be used to prevent hair loss. I have not used anything else with this since I have just recently started making made plans to prevent further hair loss. So by itself Omega 3 has given me evidence to promote healthy hair. Its a cheap alternative and in conjunction with other hair loss products you cant go wrong with this. Especially including the other great benefits it will add to your health.
