Lightening the color of your hair

The reason that many hair loss sufferers and post HT veterans dye their hair a lighter color is for exactly that reason - to lessen the contrast between the scalp and hair color to reduce the image of thinning. I believe that it can be very effective as long as the color is not too unnatural. I have found that with hair dye, a higher price just may annotate better quality. Especially your first time, instead of attempting it yourself put your trust into a repuatable nearby salon. Also, a little most definitely goes a long way.
