I can see the scar pretty clearly in the second photos, but the first picture is a little blurry. Since you are in the UK, I recommend consulting with Dr. Bessam and Nilofer Farjo who are using the latest techniques in hair transplantation with consistent excellent results. Hair growth yield is typically very high in the hands of a first-rate clinic however, transplanting hair into scarring can sometimes lessen growth yield.
