Hair Dye/Hair Gel Questions.

Hi All.

 

I'm 20 days post-op.

 

Is it ok to use hair coloring at this point ??

I use Just For Men to get the gray out.

 

Also is it ok to start using hair gel ?

I heard it ok at this point but figured I'd toss it out there.

i used both by 20 days with no problems ,got some hair colour on my recipient scap area by accident tho and is did make it a little sore and a bit redder ,it was fine the next day ,so avoid contact on your recipient scalp

I guess I'll just gently place a little on the top (recipient area).

This is my first haircut since surgery and I have a streak of gray hair running along where the donor was cut(mostly above both ears)...looks obvious too all something happened.

If I can blend that in...all will be cool.

 

Also I was worried about the sutured line(scar) and its reaction to the Just For Men.
