Alcohol consumption, finasteride, & prostate cancer risk

Hi,

Something I thought I would bring attention to is finasteride use and alcohol consumption. A recent study has suggested that heavy or significant alcohol consumption may alter the protective effects of finasteride in reducing low grade prostate cancers (abstract link provided below).

My point is that perhaps alcohol consumption may interfere with finasteride's beneficial effects on protecting our hair (or perhaps not).

Does anyone have any stories about alcohol consumption and finasteride use and how they feel it affected them?
