The patient had careful placement of follicular units to maximize his appearance of hair shaft thickness. The FUTs were angled and directionalized to create the image of density. The following grafts were utilized. 500 single hair units, 900 double hair units and approximately 1450 three and four hair follicular unit transplants (approx. 7,150 total hairs).
