Regular Member jhamil Posted November 3, 2001 Regular Member Share Posted November 3, 2001 Just had my second HT with Dr. Beehner yesterday, (11/2). He did a total of 1,230 all follicular units, mainly along the front and temples, with a little towards the top. It's been only 1 day but all is looking very good. The entire procedure took about 4 hours and went smoothly. He has a great staff! My first HT with Dr. Beehner was on 3/15/2001 for a total of about 850 f.u.'s and mini's. The mini's were placed mainly in the center. It's been about 7 1/2 months and the results are excellent! My hairline and temples came out great and the small mini's in the center are unnoticable because they are all covered by more hair. All in all a very satisfying experience (again) with Dr. Beehner and his staff. My Hair Loss Website - Hair Transplant with Dr. Beehner

Regular Member jhamil Posted November 8, 2001 Author Regular Member Share Posted November 8, 2001 Just wanted to follow up on my procedure with Dr. Beehner. I started using the Grafcyte spray from day one and I think it payed off. On day 4 the crusting began coming off with the slightest touch to my head. On day 5 after I showered I noticed all the crusts were gone and there was a considerable diminishing of the red areas from the HT on my head. This morning, day 6, I got up and noticed the red areas are almost completely gone! I am pleasantly surprised. The red stayed with me after the first HT for a couple of weeks. I don't know if the Grafcyte did this or if it was a combination of things. Dr. Beehners staff commented to me that my HT went very well because I had minimal bleeding. Perhaps that had something to do with it as well. All 1230 FU's appear tobe solidly entrenched. I look forward to 4 months fom now! I am very happy with the results of this procedure and recommend Dr. Beehner highly. Thanks for listening My Hair Loss Website - Hair Transplant with Dr. Beehner

Regular Member jhamil Posted November 8, 2001 Author Regular Member Share Posted November 8, 2001 My mistake... I forgot that Dr. Beehner sent me pictures he took before 1st HT. I just scanned them in and took a couple of current pictures. I emailed them to Pat for a URL address per the instructions, and I will post them as soon as he answers the email and supplies the address.
