Hair Loss Drugs and Body Building

I've looked into taking hair loss drugs but have been hesitant due to some of the info I've read regarding their affect on testosterone levels. I've yet to read any confirmed evidence. Does anyone have any knowledge of this condition.

I'm not sure exactly what you heard, but you can take Propecia while body building. Though I don't compete, I've been heavy into lifting weights and increasing muscle mass for a long period of time. I've been on Propecia for over 3 years and my strength has not been impacted by it.

Here's one of the articles I've read. I realize it's just one guy's opinion but it is cause for concern for me. At 39 I need all the testosterone I can get!

Here's another question. I've noticed while researching hair transplant surgery that most people are on Propecia post transplant. It makes sense to me that you would want to reduce further hair loss. Is this the case with most patients?
