1. perhaps you should consider body hair for the crown at a later time. that is, if you have a hairy body like me.
2. hey there, just read the post. was curious what a good "hair" diet would consist of? what should be avoided?
3. there's a lot of buzz going around about intercytex who are working with bosley at the moment. a lot of faith is going up with them, and many people are speculating they might have something ready and packaged for release around late 2008/early 2009. i guess they're on phase 2 trials at the moment. i hope they're right!
4. i was wondering if you can never shave your head down to the lowest possible setting (i guess a zero) if you get a 500-800 graft fue procedure? i don't mean bic and shave clean, but just so the smallest amount of stubble shows.

6. hey smoothy, thanks for the reply. i'm actually a little hesitant to begin taking msm because i'm afraid it'll also make the back and shoulder hairs i get lasered grow back more quickly and healthy. as for toppik, i've been using it all along. it worked great, especially at first. however, as my crown continues to thin, the results are getting less and less impressive. now you can almost notice there's ash in my hair. i wanted to see if i can get body hair transplanted into the crown area because i didn't want to worry about a thin crown anymore, and use all or the majority of my scalp hair for the front. i've seen before photos with guys who have crowns better than me, and they get excellent results with hair transplants. so, i'm searching to see if there's a fue doctor that works with body hair that'll take my case.
7. Before I begin, let me say this, I've been on proscar 1.25mg and 5% minox 2x a day for almost the past two years. It has slowed down but has not stopped my crown loss. I also have a really strange pattern of mpb. i have diffused thinning all over, but for the most part it's fairly thick in the front and very thin in the crown area. i think my hormones are off wack, because i also have very thick and long chest hairs that grow up over my shoulders (i get the shoiulders and the little hairs all over my back lasered). i e-mailed dhi saying i wanted to get crown work done, and even was willing to use my body hair for the procedure, and they replied saying i did not need work at the moment. am i going to get this reply from every doctor??? i REALLY would like to see a nice thick crown on my head once again to match the rest of my hair. is this ever going to be possible, or am i at a loss? i included some pics dry after minox application

11. hmm i think the site i got it at was inhousepharmacy.com only been on it for a little under 3 weeks, can't tell you if it works well or not.
12. i used dr lee's 15% xandrox for 6 or 7 months and my hair continued to grow thin. i went back to 5% minox and have been using dut. for the past two weeks. i haven't heard it being that much better, but i guess everyone reacts different to different medications.
13. socialdrinker, sadly, it's an indian brand from dr reeds lab. it's half the price of regular avodart, and i've only heard good things about dr reedy's drugs (well, whether they're legit or not), so i was willing to take the chance. i too have read some of the horror stories, but i've heard more stories that it matains hairs and gives slightly more regrowth. at this point, i'm considering of shaving my head down to a zero and keeping it that way, so i figure i have nothing to lose, really.
14. I was curious if anyone on this board uses dut.? Now that there's a generic version, I just began this week. I was on 1.25mg of proscar for 20 months, things were going great at first, but the last 4 months I began to lose hair again, and even began to lose hair on the hair line which wasn't a problem before. I wanted to hear other people's results with Dut.
