I had no idea what it would cost. but thanks for the reply's. My thinking is the money is well invested. I have quite a bit of hair anyway just need hairline work to fill in. I might go see Dr. Alexander here in phoenix to see what he has to say.

I had my phone consult with Dr. Keene yesterday yesterday. She reviewed my pics and quoted me a price of 5,700 dollars for 1500 grafts. I was suprised by the high cost. What do you guys think?

I have blonde hair. It helps in making you look less bald but is there a hair colour that is more ideal for transplants. Mine is fine blonde hair.

bayscholar why do you think Alexander is better at the hairline then Keene. Most of what I want done is hairline work. I have plenty of hair elsewhere.

I am rather new to this and I think overall this is an awsome site. But I am curious. How many of you guys in here making posts work in the industry and are trying to pump up certain doctors because you have a vested interest. Just curious, not trying to make an accusation.

This is a great website and thanks for all your informed considerate answers. I did mean Dr. Keene, I think I called her Keefe. I will post some pics in the future. I have pretty decent hair just need a lot of frontal work really. Will study that Norwood scale and see where I fit in. I did have a transplant with Dr. Hitzig in New York about 10 years ago. It was not a very good job but my natural hair covers up his bad work. Nobody can tell I had work done but they surely could if I didnt have any natural hair to work with. thanks again everyone. I will take my time and consult with the doctors.

I do notice that a guy in town Dr. Alexander does the ultra fine follicular units. What do you guys think? Would he be a better choice considering he does what seems to be the latest in technology?

So far what I have read on here is nothing but glowing reports. It seems like almost an infocommercial for Dr.'s . The site seems almost too godd to be true. If it is...thank god for the internet!!!!
