One other thing what you could do is meet few of his patients who had had the surgery.Not the recent patients but people who have had surgery atleast 1 year before.

But my choice : I would not recommend this treatment center.

I have had my surgery done with this person in Feb. You are right , I Dont feel some thing right about this place also. I think i might have made a mistake. But dont know yet .. I am in my 4th month.

Personally I WOULD NOT WANT you to go there.

And you are right .Michael Heilman is not a Doctor and he doesnt spend enough time or inform you things properly.

I just wish i would have found this forum earlier, I would have never gone to this guy.

I almost bought it from the advertisements, but decided to read a little bit.

It was funny I could not find any scientific explanation..The best scientific explanation that i could find in most of the web sites was, they compared the hair growth because of laser lights with Photosynthesis of plants. THAT WAS ENOUGH to drive me away...may be comparison could be maded but no one ever told on what common basis were the comparison made.

I thought it was just crazy to say since plants can do it so can hair follicles.

Bottom line..I have heard more people say that its a hoax and very very few people say that it helped(I was thinking this could be just psychological effect).

The hairs that fall by itself or the hairs that stick in my hair when i run my hand through my head (not much hair though) has a yellowish covering on the root end.

These yellowish parts are easily noticeble not very tiny.. I dont know but i could immediatly compare this to the small yellowish particles (kinda like solidified pus) that would cover the pores of our skin when we used to teenagers.

My hair is falling like crazy..i will go to a dermatologist..but i wanted to share it here and get some input from you guys...hopefully even some medical professional !!

Hi Guys... I guess i am living up to my name..very curious.

I had felt I had lost more hair after my 2000 graft HT (3 months now). So i spent time looking at my scalp under the light .

I was not able notice the hair grafts... I was able to see a few..but it was very sparse even the front part of my scalp. I dont know if it is normal ..or, i was even thinking if I got the promised 2000 grafts that I paid for...Or I dont know this is how it will be and then the grafts would start growing....

I guess I am just concerned way too much...

I was wondering , How long is the shock/sleep stage of hairs after HT ? Is is the 3-4 months that we say it takes for the hair to grow ?

When we say sleep/shock stage does that apply for even the existing hairs ?? I mean does even your existing hair that sufffers the shock loss , doesnt grow for 3-4 months??

OH MY GOD...

I am worried now..I have also lost alot of hair after my HT and it is still falling , but the amount of fall has reduce now recently . Its about 2.5 months now after HT..I hope my loss was from Shock and things grow back

Now ..I just tried pulling some hair on top of my head (Top/Middile), all i did was just sort of pinched (used just two fingers) and minimal force...STILL I SAW FEW HAIRS in my fingers

, The tiny small ones...Is this also because of HT/Shock Loss/Hair resting stage or is it because that my hair/scalp is weak ?

I was concerned, If propecia affects you in a way that i reduces the chances of your wife conceiving ? I under stand about the ertectile problem..which i dont have luckyly and the Drive..no problem till now.

But since I have seen the warning that its better for a lady (pregnant or not) to not even get in contact with this drug I was concerned if propecia reduces the chances of conceiving ?

has anyone had kids after being on propecia..experiences/opinion please !!
