Hi, I think this network strongly recommends those doctors who are meeting established standard of ultra refined follicualr hair transplant and using microscope in their practice for betterment of patients. By using loop one is violating basic requirements of ultra refined technique or let me put an other way -With loop magnification ,can we do ultra refined follicular hair transplant. Though uptill now results of Dr.Mohmand are not bad but we can not say excellent as well. However in future continuous patients reporting is required to consider him good coalition doc. Till now evidences are sufficient to remove him from coalition doc....

Well,result is good for such area and so small number of grafts.Picture speaks itself ,this pic is during surgery and i don't think any sign of previous surgery.... my opinion. How is it possible that 2 to 6 weeks later you can do another surgery.... seems illogical. However it would be appreciated for more pics and if possible before surgery picture as well so that one can know REAL status. I think there is no true pre operative result.... resuls usually comes after six to nine months from surgery.... my opinion. I do agree with stevo that LOOKS GREAT FOR A RELATIVELY SMALL NO. Hi, Seems better but still need lot of improvement. 1-There is no top view except in one photo after first surgery which shows very scanty hair on the back after first surgery 2- Second and third surgeries results ..... can you put top up view so that one can really see density. 3-For such large bald area.... why did you choose lower hair line while you can save few hundred follicles and put them on the back of head..... 4-There is shadow in most of photos so one can not really see impressive work. Anyway keep it up and burning spirit alive. Faheem

Dr.Mohmand, I am not agree with the comments that "Asian want lower frontal hair line" rather it is responsibility of the doctor due to his/her knowledge and skill that he /she should propose to the patient "according to my opinion this line would be perfect keeping in view your next 30 years age".Three things needed to rectify this surgery... my personal opinion ! 1-Frontal line is too low and at the age of 60 years what would be the out come of frontal hair line probably corrective surgery? 2-Temporal peeks are too much forward and there is very little distance from the eye,so forhead becomes smaller/shorter 3-Pictures seems to be camera trick so that common man think greater density due to illusion. thanatopsis, impressive and excellent work.Hope you will have good results after few months.I am just curious 3000 grafts are not too much for this area? I mean if your normal hair density is not too much high then there would be impression of thinning in your existing hair after few months.

Well,i think your front density is ok but grafts in the crown and CENTER area are not densely packed. Ideally you should have two sessions for such area !!!

Hello, I have seen result of H.T. one of my friend who had surgery from Dr.S Khan in Chicago but results are frustrating and his scar was not nice on the donor area. Similarly results of his husband here in Pakistan Dr.Sajjad Khan is also not encouraging and i strongly recommend you not to have surgery from any one of above mentioned doctors
