    He can do 4K in one 2 day session. So yeah if you need a lot of grafts like me, he suggested multiple surgeries.

    i think on my form I submitted to him I listed whey protein isolate and creatine daily so I’ll ask him on my zoom next week.

    Similar to your experience with creatine, some people take whey protein isolate and their hair starts to fall out, then they stop and it comes back.

    Pittella consult form has a question that asks if you take whey protein or creatine. Pretty sure he’s made comments about them on here and also on IG. I know he’s very anti creative, not sure if he’s anti whey protein or just whey protein isolate.

    I think Dr. Leal in Brazil puts you fully to sleep for the entire surgery. He’s regarded the best surgeon in South America/Brazil up there with Pittella. But I am not sure how common this is.

    I have seen some doctors (Shapiro and Pittella) have said whey protein isolate is bad for hair loss (Pittella also said creatine is bad FYI). That being said, what products do you guys use for post gym workouts and have you seen any changes when you started using the current protein you use? 100% whey non isolate or what?

    I’ve reached him a couple times, you just have to keep emailing him and his assistant Brenda and keep putting the subject line in all caps and says “3rd email attempt - etc” be descriptive in the subject lines. He has like 10,000 emails in his inbox he said one time.

    This is insane. Congrats on the result, it’s gonna look great I’m sure. is there any doctor out there who can even do this besides maybe Zarev? Truly insane 5K grafts from beard and over 12K in 2 days!!

    Don’t know much about them, but I know their pricing is closer to 8-9$ per graft which makes it quite a bit more than somebody like Pittella, Sethi or Nader.

    Yes, I am taking fin/min oral every day. By the time I have surgery will be 10-12 months of it. cuoto wait time is December 2025 for Madrid consult. I’m going to look at some of your other options thank you

    He’s on my list. He said he can do up to 4K in back to back days, then come back for another surgery in 2025 to finish crown.

    For sure, but Pitella and Sethi are almost identical price so I think that’s why that debate starts. And almost everyone has to travel quite a bit to either India or Brazil. I do think Pittella is more transparent about how he runs his practice. Sethi has a ton of employees who work under for him for sure, both great!

    Yes. Pittella (all doctor) is $5 flat pittella (help package) is $4 flat Sethi package is about $4.97 when you add in the 18% India tax.
