I want to get a FUE procedure soon and am considering the 2 Dr Cortez in Mexico - Tijuana. More so Dr Jimmy Cortez, From what I have learnt, the 2 brothers use to work at HCM/HRM, and then Jimmy started his own practice at Capilar in the same city. Havnt seen many reviews about him so far. If anyone knows, what do you think of Jimmy Cortez work?
