  1. I was going to go with Dr. Cortez in Tijuana but I think I'm just going to eat the deposit cost because at the end of the day it won't be what I want. I rather keep doing research try to strengthen my donor and try out other steps before I decide to go with a hair transplant.
  2. I feel like at my point, even a solid aesthetic improvement will change a lot for me. But if 3000 grafts doesn't make a difference then I would probably just cancel the hair transplant because there's no point. I can always eat the deposit and reschedule in a year if things change, (oral minoxidil and micro needling I still need to try).
  3. Hi, thanks for taking time to read my post. I've post pictures online and have had people telling me that it would be more or it would be difficult to achieve full coverage with that amount of grafts. So here I am for another opinion. I usually keep my hair short because of my current alopecia. I've been on finasteride 1 mg for 2 years now and my hair loss has stabilized but not regrown unfortunately. I have a schedule appointment next month that I already put down a deposit for but I'm fine canceling it if the procedure is just going to not make much of a difference. I'm actually trying to figure out how to get on oral minoxidil and see if there will be any improvement to my hair strength. Once again, Thanks!
