The hairline is way to straight without any microirregularities and you definitely didnt need 3300 grafts to cover this small area considering also the fact that you have curly hair. Te donor area looks in bad shape too. You were right about your assumption that the clinic you went is a hairmill.
As far as the hairline since i had smp they simply followed my smp hairline i attached a picture of my smp

Wanted to share my experience so far with my hair transplant in Liva Hair, Dominican Republic. Im 35 yrs old and decided to get this procedure done at this clinic because i am from the Dominican republic i have a house there where i could rest after the procedure and because they have done what seems to be some good work on some Dominican celebrities. This place is what would be considered a hair mill. it is a team of turkish people there is one person they reffer to as the doctor she is a woman. when i got there she looked at my head, she drew my new hair line and gave me an estimate of grafts that would be used. She also is the one that does the slits on the recipient area and the technicians wich are 2 assigned to you one on your left and one on the right, are the ones that do the extraction and insertions of grafts. The guy that did my right side was a bit more aggressive with his extraction witch led to a bit of overharvesting on that side in my opnion. In total they say they extracted 3,300 grafts. I am on oral finasteride and oral minoxidil now i am at 4.5 months from the procedure and would like your opinion on how you guys think my progress is going. The price was $3,000 i previously had smp on my head and was rocking the bald smp look.
I will keep updating on a monthly basis

This is kind of a delicate topic because drinking alcohol could simply refer to a glass of wine with dinner and it can refer to drinking heavily, partying, passing out, blacking out, etc.
Since the topic was brought up, I will simply say this. I strongly recommend avoiding any heavy drinking that could lead to passing out or blocking out in general because this can be a detriment to your overall health and well-being.
regarding your hair transplant, yes drinking alcohol means having a glass of wine with dinner, I don’t see any problem with this practice even the night after surgery although, it’s probably better to go out yourself to heal for a couple of days before drinking any alcohol.
On the other hand, large quantities of alcohol that could lead to passing out or blacking out could be dangerous to your hair transplant within the first week. Passing out or blacking out to the buyer is accompanied by stumbling, falling and potentially hitting your head if somebody isn’t looking out for you. So while I strongly encourage you to avoid this type of drinking altogether, at the very least I would suggest avoiding this for at least a week so your transplanted hair is fully secured.
Best wishes,
Rahal Hair Transplant
Just a couple of beers at home no excessive drinking
