Hi dear.......creating density is an art and best surgeon always remain behind the surgery.Why the dense paking need experties of an experinced surgeon because it may result in some complication.Its important that the client should not be a smoker....because the close multiplr trauma ll not heal and ll result in Necrosis.Secondly the client should not be diabetic...because it may result in infection and finally Necrosis. So its the experties of a surgeon to decide ...how much close paking is possible in order not creat any trouble. As most of Patient are MPB type seven and most of tehm are stasfied from the density so i keep my self(Dr.ashfaq) on the top and then dr.kneel

Hi dear.........i have gone through ur question and it takes 3-4 weeks to fall out and its impossible for all the new garfts to grow with out fall(shedding).The new graft ll fall out with in 3-4 weeks after surgery and according to the normal hair cycle its start growing after 75 days(two and half month). As the length of the hair is less at that time(75 days) usually 3mm so its not visible and remain under the dermis.........As time passes it increases in length......ans it become visibel by the end of 4 month(10 % only).I am sure my all this explantion ll clear all the confusion.

Hi Dear...I have gone through your question and before answering your question scientifically i would like to ask some qustion from you.these are 1)whats your age and race. 2)does your surgery performed by a experinced surgeon. 3)can you tell the CT(clotting time)& BT(Bleeding time)Result. 4)Can you tell me about your normal beeding Tendency. 5)Waht knid/No of micro surgical blade ue for making site. I am sure i ll be able then to comment.
