I have information about dutasteride mesotherapy. I have been punctured 4 times in a period of a year and a half. The first was done by an inexperienced doctor. It was very painful. I had no side effects and no great improvement either. The other three I did with Doctor Oscar Muñoz. We did it every 4 months and the doctor was quite honest with me, he explained that the improvement is barely noticeable and that his real usefulness is to speed up the effectiveness of the oral treatment. Yes, it's been a while since Dr. Couto doesn't do the extractions himself. But that has not affected his results, the one who does it's already a high quality professional. The issue its the insertion. Some people say that they have an apprentice to lighten the waiting list, but if the clinic has told you no then we'll have to believe them.

Yeah, some people in the Hispanic community are attributing the bad result of the first operation to the fact that the insertion (or part of it) was done by an apprentice doctor and not by Couto. It would be nice if the OP can confirm it for us.
