happy growing..you got a lot of grafts for not a big bald area since you had many native hairs...this will give you a nice coevrage if you have high yield. Good luck!

Dr Yaman has many great results on Higher norwoods 5-6 and i would feel very safe by selecting him. Also Turan and Gur have cases in higher norwoods, im sure both Dr gur and Dr turan can handle this case easily. They would implant 3500-4000 grafts in frontal third and midcsalp in first session and then another 2000-2500 for crown next year..
By selecting one of these 3 doctors he will have a nice and natural result with his specific budget.

Top dotctors in Europe are too expensive (2-4 euros/graft) and you need around 5000-6000 grafts. So you will not be able to cover your whole scalp with them, even if you had double money of your current budget. 

If i was in your case i would go to Turkey to doctors such as Yaman, Gur and Turan who are forum reccomended doctors and they are great and safe options at a decent price around 1 euro/graft which will fit your budget. They have great results in cases like yours.
 

I have seen some negative reviews about dr Lorenzo, about low yields, doing mutliple surgeries per day and using different techs for his procedures with unknown experience..So i am but confused since it seems that he has lowered the quality the last years compared to the past.

Great design...11232 grafts in just two days? WOW... thats a very good number extracted from Dr Pittella, in order to give full coverage to the patient with just one surgery in two consecutive days...

With 4000 grafts you cant cover fully both crown and hairline. I think for better coverage you need at least about 4500 grafrs. 2500 for the front part and 2000 grafts for the crown. If i was you i would select Dr yaman, as he has very good results similar to yours and his plan will give you a better coverage. 

Dr Turan corectly said to you that will 4000 grafts you cant get good coverage for hairline and complete crown...

with 3200 grafts of Dr Gur you can cover the front part and a part of crown and get another procedure next year to cover the rest of crown.

I think Dr Pittella has different prices according to his participation in the surgery. If he is involed in all steps he would be around 4$ per graft, but if he wont do all the aspects of surgery his pirce would be around 2$, which is still a good option for someone who cant afford the more expensive one.

Thank you all for your answers. So in general most of you would select Eugenix instead of Lorenzo and if Not Eugenix you would consider Zarev or Dr Pittlla. I think my first three choices would be Pittella, Eugenix and Zarev.

Hello i have seen youtube videos from both clinics covering higher norwood patients 6 or 7. Hoever i have seen a lot of great results here from Eugenix while a few from Dr Lorenzo. How would you compare Eugenix (De Sethi, Dr Bansal) to Dr Lorenzo in terms of ethics, stability, consistency, and better resutls? If someone is norwood 6 for example would you suggest him to go to Eugenix or to Dr Lorenzo?
