Can you post pictures so we can see what the current situation is? Because from your viewpoint, it will be bad as you see it everyday and know which areas need fix. but for us it will be different. The reason i ask this is due to the fact that if you know in europe repair surgeons who do FUE are great then incase you get input from people in this forum that current situation is not that bad then you can surely wait it out ? Cost of surgery i dont think hurts your pocket as US surgeons will not be cheap and maybe taking higher than bisanga in some cases. The only extra cost is travel. ( which you can kind of think like travel + surgery as you get to explore europe right before those same people inject you with painkiller injections ). Incase your current situation is bad, then i take it all back in advance.

Very tough to pick one among those 3. Laorwong i think does FUT also so that is one other point which you consider. But with you needing 2500 grafts only , the FUT approach seems tough to suggest to you. But maybe you can do FUT if you think future hair loss might be aggressive. (But its something tough to predict) If you wish to travel to turkey instead of thailand then go with turan / yaman based on their availability as i dont see any difference between both. But turan is slightly more experienced so he has a long waitlist. (unless you take someone's cancelled op date).

You need multiple sessions. Cover just frontal area with slight mid-scalp improvement in first surgery. (3000-3500 scalp grafts at max in first seating) . If you use beard then 500 from beard will be used. In second seating increase density in mid-scalp and in case needed add more to frontal again. (if in first surgery density isnt looking good at front) crown has to be ignored by you until other two areas are dense enough. Crown will be treated at last. ( as meds should help you at crown area) and it is area which wont be visible easily. Beard grafts along with remaining scalp grafts will be used for crown whirl creation.

1)talking about your donor : your donor is tough to assess with long hair but they sure look dense in these pics. 2)meds has to be your first line of treatment. They are necessary as they can get you back some hair(which are miniaturized). The follicles you have lost from long time are mostly gone. meds will also thicken your existing hair which will help in providing density along with future transplanted hair. Single surgeon clinics will go more less grafts in a day. 6)If you use beard grafts then scalp grafts used will be slightly less. So less stress on donor area being over harvested at scalp. Now coming to choosing clinic: 1)you have hasson and wong i think near you. (I would have gone with that if i could afford them) 2)if you go to turkey then pekiner, bicer, hlc are the expensive options . turan, gur, yaman are the budget options. 3)if you go to india then i would suggest eugenix but with higher packages ( founding surgeons designing and making slits atleast). The results are good no doubt. Donor also looks good. Donor has fine hair so I don't know if he can get much in 2nd surgery. Probably because of his fine hair even with 3200 grafts and a decent area of implantation , the density came out to be good and not great.

FUT in first procedure but only if done at clinics like hasson & wong .Otherwise FUE anyday.

like archan said dont do it in one session. Lot of grafts may not survive. Maybe it feels good to do one big procedure and be done but once grafts are used and yield is low then its going to hurt. please stick to 2500 grafts max for a day. If they charge you more then pay but dont use more than that. if you have higher grade of baldness then in day 2 they will take more 1500-2000. except for reputed clinic, even though they promise you 4000-4500 grafts they wont use that much in actual surgery. Its just a way of them taking more money from you. You will obviously not count your grafts so they will take advantage. The clinic i go to for prp they said that they have a 4500 grafts surgery that day. I saw the guy after some months in clinic and he was not happy and said its not 4500 for sure.I was little younger that time and didnt know much about these forums so i couldnt help him get any info and also couldnt comment if it really was 4500 according to my assumption. Graft cheating is common. You wont be cheated by a big margin but even 500 grafts cheating at 40 rupees per graft will be 20000 rupees extra for them.

Completely agree. When too many things are added to your hair loss prevention regime than people are less regular with the most important part of regime ( fin and min ). I have done this by adding hair serums , oils and hair masks, derma rolling , prp. But i got feeling of burn out by trying to do so much for hair and then didnt use my topical lotion of fin+min for 4-5 months and thinned in crown. I got some of it back but hair loss in those months was very aggressive due to covid. I cannot change it but don't repeat the mistake. If laser worked then it would be in my regime. I searched for it again 3-4 months ago so i can just say that "hairmax combs" was the one whose study is used by other laser brands to show that laser therapy works. There was one more brand from china which used data of people through their app to show that they were happy with laser therapy. These studies are not enough though. Laser has to be standalone treatment in double blind trials to prove anything. Laser was FDA approved for just its safety.

no worries. whats done is done and as he was prominent name then obviously parents will tell you to go with them. For FUE i think you might have had to choose from eugenix, hairfree hairgrow, tejinder bhatti , qht , poswal etc. hairfree hairgrow is so much advertised though . especially from "born creator". He is a youtuber and you might know him.

wavy hair will help you in fuller appearance though. But managing them and styling them is very tough. I had naturally curly hair in childhood and now have wavy hair so it helps me in coverage. Maybe after a while you will get used to it.

your hair is very thick ? as after 2 surgeries also it seems to look full. FUT has surely helped but after this much grafts i have seen slightly depleted donor even in FUT +fue cases in suneet soni's youtube page.

I dont think you need smp. For now good hair length combined with proper combing of hair should hide a lot of thin areas. SMP is used when you want to cut hair short. At these length SMP wont help in most situations which you mentioned. For medications i will say keep faith in oral min, I have read few posts where they said that from month 5 onwards the growth was visible. Finasteride even if not getting you new hair will atleast have helped you with keep your hair. Sure you should have started fin before HT (atleast 1 year). And FUT and manoj khanna hype wave was tough to escape (even i thought for sometime that i will get it done from him as it showed that he has done celeb HT's like harsha bhogle). When you google best FUT surgeon in india then his name comes up. Why didn't you pick medispa though ? Suneet soni is also very popular in many pages for FUT in india.
