@Shadmanย I added some details about my visit with dr Pradeep above โ˜๐Ÿฝย

Hello, thank you for sharing your consultation details. You've good amount of grafts if you would like to have another procedure. But in my opinion, after 12-14 months your overall density would be more satisfactory. But you can still go for some hairline and crown touch up. May I know whether you're considering another touch up after completing 12-13 months ?

Thank you @Shadman. However, there are clear packages that Eugenix advertises, with the lowest ones done by Eugenix trained doctors. Nothing wrong with that but obviously there is a difference between the different packages and the people who perform the procedure. It is very important for certain important steps to be performed by a well trained doctor as you rightly pointed out. and team work is integral.

I will take a repeat look at the Eugenix results. Most of the posts from Eugenix here show excellent results, so I have no doubts they do an excellent job. Just want to make sure that all their packages show successful results before I book.

Yes, take your time and do your research. I also had few confusion regarding the doctors. But once you'll have consultation I believe your confusion will be cleared. What I am saying that over the years result producing by Eugenix is very consistent. So even you select the lowest package apart from the doctor there won't be any changes at all.

committed to a 6 month supply of oral minoxidil finally, so ill start that soon and see if it helps, hard work getting it in the UK and not as cheap as other countries atm

I've ย also started oral minoxidil 2.5mg ย from the last two weeks. Also monitoring my bp each week, and sending values to Eugenix e care team. So far going good. I feel like my native hair growth has become faster. I expect you'll also have great experience with it.

Good luck mate, just looking at the new graft placement makes me think its going to be a million times better than what you had, and then give you time to plan for the future as your only young and would be good to see where you hair gets to in the next 5-10 years?

Yes, I'm also expecting so. With Eugenix graft survivality would be much higher I believe. According to Dr. Somesh also I still have 7-10 years of possible hair growth. Thank you for the well wishes ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

U are not the first one who had bad results with him - tell me for my personal information.

U had have removen 149 grafts. Did u have them removed in the middle? Im curious about an are where are grafts removed and what to do to cover it up.

    ย

Yes, with Dr bhatti low density has always been the no1 issue. Still he is not ready to innovate, living in 2016. Well those grafts are mainly removed from the hairline and fronto temporal angle. They used double grafts for the hairline, which gave very unnatural look

@Shadmanย no I didnโ€™t. I had used it earlier in the week but I washed my hair before taking these pictures.

With toppik you will see no bald spots at allย

Hello, in my opinion overall looks okay at ย 9 months mark. At the end, HT is an illusion of having hairs. But in harsh light scalp might be exposed. You still have three- five more months. Crown will be much better within next months, best wishes. And do let us know regarding your consultation with Dr. Pradeep

@GeneralNorwoodย hey buddy thanks for checking out my post! Here is an update. I am right around 9 months post surgery. I am definitely seeing my hair growing out way faster and longer than before. Some density improvement is also visible but I find that I am still using toppik most of the time I go out or do things.

I will be meeting Dr. Pradeep tomorrow so we can discuss progress and potentially going for touch up on hairline, mid scalp, and lateral humps.ย
    ย

of course the crown was not covered densely the first time so we will also discuss goals and possibility of adding grafts there.

I specifically want to modify the hairline. I donโ€™t know if I want lower or not but the left temple point seems super far back. Even my parents are saying that I should see if I can touch those spots up. I am happy with where I am at with this procedure but see room for improvement!!!

    ย

let me know what you guys think and if thereโ€™s any suggestions for helping my hairline match my face/ any specific areas that I should address.

also these pictures were taken after I used shampoo and conditioner. I had toppik in there before I took a shower and I checked to see if there was any remaining and I did not find any. However, I will not use toppik for a few days and take some more pictures to confirm that these are representing the results properly.

    ย

Finally, I have added some less flattering angles to the best of my abilities to make sure my results are fully transparent. Of course I donโ€™t wear my hair that way but it is just to show where I may want to add density. Ideally I would like to wear my hair forward and have a bit more volume density in the areas I mentioned above.

Hi Archan, thank you for your comments. Yes I did go through all the posts about Turkey and Eugenix.ย

However I am concerned about the lower package of Eugenix being done by less trained doctors.

Dr. Jhangid takes care of each and every step in the procedure as per his website. I like his techniques of using 25x microscope for graft extraction and DHI using Choi implanters.. Of course, I will do a consultation before I take any decision

Do you have any specific comments about or cases that you know of from his clinic ?

Thank you for your help Archan.

For Eugenix I don't agree with this "less trained doctors" ย All the doctors are highly trained. Only based on their total surgeries performed with Eugenix packages are designed

Even if you select comprehensive package which is the Lowest in terms of price you'll get the same experience. You can check some of the results of comprehensive package. Moreover, there might be many information written on the website. But at the end, executing the procedure perfectly matters the most. Doctors won't be doing every steps. So technicians need to be well trained also. It is a team work basically.ย

Thanks guys, it's looking good in most situations already, apart from my bathroom at night as I have the brightest down lights ever! not great ha, but hopefully with a bit of length and more maturity in the hairs it'll get better

In direct sunlight or in brightest light it might look bit unsatisfactory but in most situation hair transplant would be more about creating an illusion of having hairs๐Ÿ˜ƒ In my case, I would be happy enough if my scalp isn't visible anymore after the procedure

Thank You .Have read the post. Got saved planned to visit dr Bhatti on Saturday .Now will cancel it .

I understand eguneix is trusted and recommended .Can someone please also let know who is the good dr in eguneix in Mumbai for tranplantย

    Any other Dr recommend?ย

How is Dr Shail gupta .( Satya hair) Delhiย

Hello @rishiย first of all, a repair procedure will always be a difficult one than a first time procedure. So, you can't afford to make another mistake. Secondly, as @A_4_Archanย said therotecial knowledge is one thing and producing result or you can say executing the procedure with perfection is another thing. Don't get influenced by those doctors.

Thirdly, with Dr bhatti low density has always been the case so better avoid him for a repair procedure. I did a repair procedure of his work Three weeks back ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

Fourthly, what Eugenix told me that the doctor whom I'll be selecting will be available in Mumbai clinic. For me Dhaka to Delhi was much easier route.

Personally I think you'll need a repair procedure for density but you've to wait at least 10 months before doing that

    ย

    I don't think 2300 grafts were transplanted

Following along this thread closely, looks great. I mentioned in another thread I'm booked in with Dr Somesh in October, so this is just another level of reassurance I have that he's going to do a good job with me too.

Hello, @aftrdrkย yes, I also expect that you'll have great experience with Dr. Somesh. Just have a clear plan about what you're expecting and let him know. In my case, he prioritized my concerns and did the planning and designing accordingly.ย

Five months, and finally seeing some action in the Eugenix transplant and can feel tons of new hairs poking through, so looking forward to some improvements all being well, finally let it grow a bit, three weeks growth, the most since 1998 when I first started shaving it, and surprisingly I am actually liking the growth and how it looks, used some matt texturing gel to spike it back a bit, hair still thin mostly but its getting better, and considering trying oral minoxidil to see if that could help, just worried about any sides and the initial shedding phase of it, but get no sides from Fin so it might be fine?

Tried to get some shots in different lighting, atm in direct sun light its invisible, but my hair is a bit like that anyway, kind of light fluffy hair which is why the texturing gel is helping it stay in place rather than a head of fluff ha

Left side hump is still weaker, Eugenix put more grafts in here and didn't touch the right side as it was a bit stronger from previous surgeries, hoping it catches up soon

Thank you.ย  I still haven't taken fin or min...ย  ย although I bought a year's supply of fin while in India because it was so cheap, and am currently debating whether to start taking it

Hello, I also bought six months supply of fin. I was also on finasteride for Three months before my repair procedure. Also took it during my first procedure, had some issues

But the good news is " finax" which I bought recentlyย So far didn't give me any side effects.ย taking three times in a week from last two weeks. I might increase the dosage into four/five times in a week. So far experience has been great. You can give it a try.

Oral minoxidil played an intrinsic part in my opinion. It thickened up all of my scalp and beard hair. Also the other important factor is that I believe it will and does keep my other sources of donor hair that were used to stay in the anagen phase for longer.

Hello,ย may I know your current oral minoxidil protocol? Basically after the procedure currently not working out. But after a week Iโ€™ll be Going to the gym after a 1 month break. Before my procedure, I was quite regular. Iโ€™m having some nocebo effect now. As youโ€™re taking oral minoxidil from some time, so wanted to know a bit more about your overall experienceย

How are the scars in the hairline from the grafts extractions ? Can you share photos ? What was the transection rate of the grafts removed ?

Well, punches used by Eugenix were very sharp. Scars were gone by next 48 hours. I'm sharing pictures from both right and left side where you'll be able to see extraction from previous hairline.ย

Did Eugenix say how many grafts were approximately removed in your first surgery ?ย

No, looking at the donor asked about my previous procedure. Dr. told me that certainly not 2245 grafts were extracted. Extracted Grafts numbers are higher than it. Moreover, sharp punches weren't used by Dr. Bhatti. Scars were visible.

In my repair procedure, Eugenix Technician who was doing the extraction having discussion with me regarding cricket. At one time he said "kaha se kiya aap, donor pura kharab Kar diya" if I'm not wrong you're from India. So, I'm just writing what he said.

    doesnt make sense for me..

    @MildSeven

according to the doctors, total 2245 grafts were transplanted in the frontal area and hairline. But after seeing the donor, Eugenix doctors said that, more number of grafts were extracted. Donor was completely over harvested So, technically grafts were wasted in my previous procedure by Dr. Bhattiย
