please how can I contact you. I have tried unsuccessfully for over one month to book an appointment with Dr Bisanga

Just to give more context on this, and if any one has any contact information, will be very grateful. The customer service person takes over a month to respond to my email, no one answers the calls, I have been emailing and calling between January and today and it takes at least one week or longer to respond to an email without the right level of information.
Everyone here seems to have a different experience. Help please
