This all makes perfect sense tbh. I've no doubt his best long term interests were the Dr's priority and there was solid reasoning behind the graft placement. Even if he is unhappy now he will thank Dr Bisanga when his hairline doesn't look ridiculous after further balding.

Hi @Pubichair. Looks great result already! I have a couple questions: Did Dr Ahmed remove any of the old grafts from your hairline and redistribute them or did he just work around the old transplant? If so do you know how many of the old grafts he removed from the front?

I have not seen any other Dr in the world who takes such detailed photographs of his work. It's a shame more don't do it, but then there would be 75% of Transplant surgeons unemployed haha

I am going through the same stages you spoke of, anger , denial etc BUT i won't make the same mistake again I know that. I am going to the very best Dr next. Luckily my hair isn't bad as such, the donor isn't battered and it was only around 1300 grafts. Who did you go to see finally who fixed your hair if you dont mind me asking?

You would have to ask for a dense pack imo, i've seen pics of him do good dense pack when reuqested but it's not something he naturally veers towards if left to his decision i would say

I've seen Dr Reddy. He does everything apart from the extractions. Very hands on and lovely guy. I would say the weakeness could possibly be density, and hairline design. If you specifically request these areas of focus he's a good choice.

Does anyone know where Dr Ahmad trained? Who did he hone his skills from because they looked highly developed.
