They were totally BS, I dunt think they do the job right, they might alrdy damage the follicles before they implanted on your crown, they should take responsibility for that after they wasted that much of hairs and all the money but for nothing, way below average.

Yes totally, nearly5000hairs? Should be much better than this, I honestly don’t think this is a successful done, were you doing FUE+FUT? You should share your experience and let people know which Doctor was that, Doctors should know how struggling we already are when we dealing with hair loss, they really should do better, I hope you feel way better when you have your SMP done, please stay positive, you are not alone.

Thanks for your sharing mate, I m not so sure I can tell which picture is transplanted? Are you saying the first picture is 14months after the HT surgery ? And there have none regrowth after they transplanted 2600grafts of your hair? What did the Doctor say then? They blamed to the blood flow of your scalp?

Yeaa… I was exactly thinking the same, I just so tired to argue with them, since they rescheduled my appointment, and also when I was done with my HT, I saw another patient was on his go already. And Doctor is quite famous in Korea, no doubt he had tight schedule, but still that was my decision and my fault even under that much pressure that moment, I should stand up for myself

Maybe contact a few more doctors see if they are experienced in massive FUE HT surgery before further discussion. It’s a life change decision, don’t rush.

They said wouldn’t be good if I go for FUE only, most of the people said I have good donor density, so I don’t know, they are experts. They count as Hairs, 1 graft is like normally 1-3 hairs, I guessed nearly 2500-3000grafts they implanted, and you can check the previous msg for more details of the story, so stressed to talk about, sorry

Ohhhh that’s awful what Diep did, he was once my first option. We do have a similar scar issue, it really sucks, and the hair angle at my right temple is incorrect exactly like yours, I can’t comb my hair down. My scar line still feel itchy, is that normal to you?

That is really sad and I can see how stressful it would be, my scar is pretty long too, I need to wear my hair long to cover it which isn’t really comfortable, and when my hair get wet or oily, it is pretty visible, that also makes me very insecure. I am sorry to hear that your 2nd HT experience wasn’t good, they really should discuss more with you and let you know more about the surgery details before they operated it, do you know how many grafts had you implanted on your crown? and if you don’t mind, could you share a pic of your scar, how is the skin texture looks like now, but it’s okay if you don’t want to. I hope you do find some improvement in soon future

Is 600 grafts enough to cover your scar? Because mine is pretty long and wide and The Doctor told me I might not be able to do a second HT because lack of donor hair from the beginning, and I barely have any facial hair or body hair. Do you mind to show how yours looks like now? Thank you for your reply

Thankyou, I really do feel better after I told you guys, I hope no one would experience what was happened to me, this is so stressful and helpless. I m still looking for something that I can do at this stage, anything could help even a tiny improvement thanks again

Thanks man, SMP is a good idea, although I still hope the blank area could be regrowth even a bit and less noticeable. May I ask how wide your scar is? And how natural is it after you did smp? mine is like a finger wide

But what about the follicles on the scalp? Do you mean cut out the blank area? And it will regrow with follicles? That’s kind of Magic if so

I thought I have good donor density before I had my HT, but unfortunately I was told by the Doctor that I wasn’t, that was also how they “convinced” me to go thro with FUT. Yes I never want to go with FUT, I asked for FUE from the beginning because I know I would be so depressed if this happened. I went to Korea by myself, and the first day should just be a simple consultation so I have time to think of the options, but I was told my consultation appointment was rescheduled to the same day of the surgery (AM Consult PM surgery) after I alrdy confirmed my flight ticket and hotel room and all the staff, even I told them I would like to stick with the original plan, they left me no choice. Then, that morning at the Clinic Doctor gave me a rush consultation, and told me I need to go with FUT if I want a better result, and I needed to decide immediately, I was super stressed and felt pressured at that moment, so I made a bad decision which is totally my fault. This experience taught me that Never agreed to a rush consultation, HT is a lifetime surgery, a lot of small things you should discuss and let the doctor and team know, like the hairline shape, temple angle, hair direction…which I had none detail discussion ps. I can not comb my fringe down because of the direction they implanted

Wow I have never heard of this, thankyou for sharing this information, I just took a quick look, seems it only works on new wounds? Or go with the surgery at the same time? But still this is very informative, hope this will help people never go through what I m experiencing. I still hope there is some way I can do

I had a HT surgery in Korea last year. That was a unpleasant experience, I had FUE+FUT(nearly 6000 hairs)transplanted, I didn’t want to do it by FUT because I was very worried about the scar problem, and now it really happened to me. Now(After 9 months) No sign of regrowth, very stressed and helpless, don’t know what to do. do you guys think I should try steroid injection? Or anything else I can do? Thank you for your time

This whole threads are so scary and sad how the Doctor responded, the man is already suffered a lot, before and after, problem exchange problem? may I know how is your scar looks like now? Is the smp cover it well?
