  1. Well I'm too lazy to take pictures but I will say that micropigmentation definitely works to cover up the hair transplant scar especially if you have black hair and light scalp. Even under scrutiny you can't tell that it is there. It does get costly as I paid over $1000 for 3 sessions. It also seemed to make the hairs under the tattoo fall out due to shock loss (for me) but most of it has grown back.
  2. I've read up on their online reviews and it's either hate them or love them. I want to get my under eye circles improved, but judging from their reviews, it seems that they are very expensive. Just for 3 treatments of laser for acne the review said it would cost $8000! Does anybody know of any good laser resurfacing places near LA for under eye circles that won't break the bank?
  3. Personally, I think scalp tattoos or micropigmentation will be ok for when you're still young. It would be like a permanent DermMatch until you get over 50 or so years old. By that time, you won't have enough hair and the tinted scalp will show. I agree that putting on DermMatch daily is getting old really fast for me as well. Plus, when you go on trips, your friends would probably find out when you're using the bathroom and they just walk in on you. Dammit!
  4. Hi Falceros,

I avoided adding pictures out of pure laziness but finally got around to it after a couple people suggested me to do so. I've added my Dr. Siporin as my physician and updated some basic info per your suggestion.

  5. Ok, I updated some pictures per your suggestion. The scar area is not noticeable in the picture, but very noticeable when I cut my hair very short to a 1. I'll take a picture next time I cut my hair. I also wonder if there's anyone who has diffuse hair loss who would benefit from micropigmentating their whole scalp for a permanent dermmatch-like effect. I actually think this might work pretty well for dark hair colors. Just that you'll probably have to dye your hair black for the rest of your life when you start getting too many white hairs.

  20. I also like the idea of scar camouflaging strip scars by hair tatooing and want to consider doing this in the future since: 1. I think black hair is easy to mimic while other colors might be harder. 2. I like to cut my hair down to 1 which make the scar very visible unless I use DermMatch and sprays daily.
  21. I have a Japanese spray brand that works wonders for the front hairline, but I can't get anymore since I'm in the US. Actually, the spray works better than DermMatch for my situation. Thus, what's the best hair concealer spray available in the US?
  22. I tried it and it works. Just use dermmatch before putting on the gel.
  23. I used DermMatch for my front hairline and it didn't work so good for me. The spray I use (some Japanese brand) works much better. Maybe I haven't mastered the technique as well...
  24. Good question! I currently use some spray after I already gelled my hair, but am waiting for my Dermmatch to arrive. Currently, I gel my hair first then spray, but with Dermmatch, I plan to use it first then gel. Anybody have any experience with this?
  25. Just ordered DermMatch because I cut my hair too short and the scar is very noticeable. Which one of these products works best for the front hairline?
