@GoliGoliGoli, @Rahal Hair Transplant I see these bumps of sorts in my crown area. Is it of concern? Anything to be done to mitigated?

Unfortunately, I don't have access to it yet. Will post them once I receive.

I was told that would need 4200+ grafts, something I wasn't comfortable to go ahead with in the first sitting itself. Morover, I wanted some coverage in the crown area as well. The way I see it is I can always get another procedure done to just migrate follicles to the mid crown region, right? But until then, I hope this shouldn't be a botched attempt.

Also, 3000 grafts was what I was told - inclusive of the crown + hairline strip.

@Rahal Hair Transplant appreciate your response - like you've mentioned, minimum change for aesthetics was my foremost objective. Below are some of my photos. My concern is will it be hard for me to create a good look with this? Have there been cases like this before? Most testimonials I see don't have like a strip of hair transplanted, hence my concern/lack of clarity.

I should say I was completely bald, just thinking hair - like you see in the photos.

Plz let me know if the strip in front will be helpful for me to cover my bald look with length. Quite a bit of density is included there.

Hi all! I got my transplant done, and I'm starting to feel it's incomplete though my initial intention was to just do enough to look better (with a Safety net of donor area). Plz advice if this will be a reasonable solution when I reach the 8-month mark. Sitting at home has got me paranoid.

@Naveenkumar what's the update now? Also, did the initial few months have loss of existing hair too in front(shock loss)?
