Hi all, thanks for the support on this one. Just an update - I’ve managed to sort the blood tests via my GP who has done them privately 👍 Now just my visa to sort ahead of the trip in September.

Thanks for coming back to me, appreciate the advice. Sadly changing my flights might actually cost me a fair bit due to price changes. Will approach it with my GP first and see how I get on. Out of curiosity did your GP direct you to the private clinics or did you just find them online? Conscious of doing a random Google search for a blood test clinic.

Thanks for replying. It seems a bit in depth but I’m not entirely sure as I’ve never had bloods done before. Here’s what is states in the email: *You shall have to get your blood pressure checked and send us the report.*You shall be required to perform certain blood investigations: Hb, Platelets, TLC, DLC, HbA1c (Glycosylated Hemoglobin), HBsAg, Anti-HCV, HIV 1&2, RBS (Random Blood Sugar), PT (Prothrombin time)

So after following the network for some time I’ve bitten the bullet and taken the decision to book a hair transplant. At 26 and with around a nw 3 hairline it has really affected my confidence. I’ve now booked the exclusive package for 2.5k grafts with Eugenix based on the experiences discussed on here in the hope of generating a natural hairline. I’m due to travel in September and the clinic have requested a series of blood tests ahead of travel. Does anyone have any experience of having these done in the UK before travelling. It’s soemthing I’ve struggled to find any more information on or find out how to get it arranged? I’m also curious to know how long it took people to get a visa for medical travel. Any advice in advance would be much appreciated. TIA. Dan
