Maybe you can take a break from it and start over but this time take it 3 times per week and see how it goes 

1MG per day.  I just did by my own. They forum advice me to give it a try, and that's what I'm doing.

So, i started Finasteride a few days ago, 16 August.

I'm using 1 pill for day, after dinner. But I've been having some side effects.

I noticed that my sexual performance decreased as also being more difficult to have a bone.

What is your advise? Still continuing the medicine? And evaluate after 1/2 months? Or reduce it?

Well, I lost density on my frontal area in the last 4/5 months. And I tried a new hair cute (frist in life)

I already had bookmarked for Dr. Bruno Pinto In Portugal.

And to be honest, I will give it a try for finasteride. (Never tried)

When should I eat the medicine? Every day, when? Morning? Late?

I'm looking for an HT. And i have booked for 2023 (available date).

I used minoxidil, but I stopped using daily and I used only 1 times every 2/3 days. Because I heard that we should stop Minoxidil before an HT. I started using it 6 years ago

Now I saw that I lost a lot of hair in the front in the past 6 months, may due to stress or simply the effect of having reduced the minoxidil.  What recommendations do you have for me? Back on Minoxidil 2x per day? Starting using finasteride ? (Never used before)

i’m personally not familiar with Dr. Pinto but it sounds like a lot of people on this forum are. Just be sure generally speaking that you’ve taken the time to research each doctor you’re considering and use this and other forums to view patient and clinic posted results.  In my opinion, it’s better to have the peace of mind to go to a physician with a proven track record of producing excellent results than one where there’s guesswork.

Normally I will go to Dr.Pinto. But I'm still waiting and researching.

Well I was at minoxidil for 6 years something like that. But to be honest I started to stop little by little.

Because I heard that before an HT we need to stop.

And I want to know or advice doing some treatment on a hair mill company.

I want to do an HT, possible with Dr. Pinto at Portugal,

But it will only be done in 2023, so do you advice doig any treatment before? Or is best after? And it's ok doing a treatment in a Hair mill company?

Well with the life we have in Portugal with the salary, it's not applicable the 3,5€/graft. The minimum is 740€/month

But well, I will call later to confime with Dr.Pinto and make sure they make an appointment for me. 

In my town, don't need to travel, I think is a safe bet.

Now I'm just waiting for 2023, I'm in the waiting list,

Just hopping that he doesn't increase the price! If he does, I just need to check elsewhere.

I asked a few days ago, and they told me 2,6€/graft. And Dr.Bruno Ferreira is on 3,5€.

Now I live in Porto, and it's actually close to me, so I will try to go with Dr. Pinto.

I found that Dr.Pinto is as good as Dr.Bruno, and less expensive (2,6€/graft). I just need to wait until 2023...
