I think your best option is Dr Pittella. I've seen similar cases like yours and the results were amazing. Look up his IG. He is also recommended in this forum.

Hi, I'm very impressed by Dr Felipe Pittella work and been following his reviews for a while. Unfortunately I couldn't find out how much he charges. Normally Brazilian surgeons review your case and then tell you how much it would cost based on your baldness. Not per graft. If anyone know how much Dr Pittella charges please share with us. If he charges case by case, approximately how much would it cost? If per graft, how much per graft? Thank you

This is what I noticed as well. The hairline results does not seem clear in most of the post. I'm not sure if they do that intentionally or not. But there is some results were the quality is high and the hairline looks great. Do you guys know other great clinics in Brazil? @Fue3361 @DrMunibAhmad

I love Dr Pittella and he is my no.1 choice at the moment but I have few questions. 1. I'd love to see some of the smaller cases he do with an aggressive hairline. I've seen plenty of mega session but less in the small cases. 2. What's is the max density/ cm² the doctor can perform for hairlines? Also I would love to know how he approach the temporal peaks. I've seen some and honestly Dr. Pittella seems like he don't make them stronger intentionally for his own reasons. Would love to know more about temporal peaks Thanks!

Hi, I've been following dra. Cintia closely lately. Her IG has plenty of great cases. There is one older post with results that's super dense that is similar to your result with dr.thiago. Few negative things I find is she rarely shows the donor in results . Another thing is, some of the results photos seems a bit blurred around the hairline( not sure tho) But overall she seems excellent making great hairlines and covering high NW. I've been contacting them recently and they charge 8k USD total. And they fully booked till August 2023. Communication was as bad as it can get ( they use Google translate to understand and reply to me) and sometimes just ignore my massages. They asked me to get translator to proceed further with them! They were my first choice but communication just changed my mind. I think she is the same caliper of Pittella and Thiago but less known internationally. Do you know other Brazilian great Brazilian doctors?
